APARTMENT

The goal here was to adapt a firehouse into an apartment that could also host rotating artists as a place to live & work for short periods of time. The lower floor acts as the studio for the artists and offers plenty of breakaway areas to relax or collaborate.

The upper floor is left for the living areas and includes a main bedroom for the owner and two additional bedrooms for visiting artists.
